The local organizing committee of ISSM2010 is pleased to offer rooms around the congress venue with special consideration on security, accessibility, and price. Hotel reservation should be made until August 27, 2010 and room booking and changes made after August 27, 2010 cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to room availability. Therefore, early reservation through MECI, the official housing and tour bureau of ISSM2010, is highly recommended.
 

How to make hotel reservation
Participants can make a hotel reservation through E-hotel reservation system or by submitting the hotel reservation form via e-mail at issm2010@mecitour.com and fax +82-2-2082-2110. The confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours by the official housing and tour bureau.

Important Notice
1. All rates are quoted per room per night and can only be obtained by booking through MECI, the official housing & tour
    bureau of ISSM2010, and any change in booking must be informed in writing to the official housing & tour bureau of
    ISSM2010, NOT directly to the hotel.
2. All rates are based on Korean Won. Please click “Currency Converter” to check the currency rate.
3. Hotel reservation should be made until August 27, 2010. Room booking and changes made after August 27, 2010
    cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to room availability.
4. VAT(10%) and Service charge(11%) will be added to Super deluxe and deluxe hotels.
    Only VAT(10%) will be added to the Serviced Residence(Provista Hotel, IBIS Ambassador Gangnam, Coatel Chereville),
    however, VAT(10%) is included in Casaville Samsung.
5. Breakfast is not included in the room rate except Casaville Samsung. Breakfast VAT(10%) and Service charge(11%) will
    be added to the above breakfast rates.
6. Double occupancy rate (KRW 20,000 per night) applies to GRAND Intercontinental and COEX Intercontinental hotel.
7. Standard check-in time of 2.00pm and check-out time of 12.00pm apply to all hotels. Please note that requests for early
    check in and late check out must be made in writing to the official housing & tour bureau at issm2010@mecitour.com in
    advance. However, this may cause additional one night charge depending on room availability.
 

Cancellation Policy

1. Any cancellations should be sent in writing to MECI, the official housing and tour bureau of ISSM2010 at
    issm2010@mecitour.com
2. Cancellation received till August 27 : No penalty
3. Cancellation received from September 6 till September 17, : 50 % of one night room rate will be charged to your credit
    card as a penalty.
4. Cancellation received after September 18 or no - show : one night room rate will be charged to guaranteed credit card.
